社区的亮点是地中海风格的11,000 SF欢迎中心。Adjacent to the welcome center is a 3500 SF swimming pool with dual waterfalls cascading over real boulders, landscaped islands in the pool, separate 140 SF Jacuzzi spa, children’s water spray park, outdoor fire pit, dual outdoor barbecue grilles on the terrace overlooking the pool, a 1500 SF outdoor cabana building and a separate locker room / restroom building.
